  • Returns for Wholesale Accounts: All returns for wholesale accounts must be handled by the company. We will work directly with the dealer. We do not accept returns from customers who did not purchase items directly from us.

  • No Returns on Used or Opened Machines Due to Customer Remorse: We do not accept returns on machines that have been used or opened if it is due to customer remorse. Please ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase before opening or using the machine.

  • Customer Responsibility for Shipping Expenses: If a return is necessary, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses incurred.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30-50% may apply, depending on the condition of the returned item. This fee covers the costs associated with restocking and processing the return.

  • Limited Warranty: All machines come with a 1-year limited warranty on parts and labor. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for detailed information on coverage and limitations.
