Flat Fee shipping price includes the following:

FedEx residential ground service

Customers supplying us with their own FedEx account are still subject to $ 5.00 individual drop ship fee.

Next day, 2nd day & 3rd day service are also available. Inquire for exact pricing. Due to increased shipping costs, shipments to Puerto Rico, Alaska & Hawaii will be quote upon receipt of order.

 

SHIPPING/FREIGHT INSURANCE POLICY: (Please read carefully)

 RE:  3RD PARTY FREIGHT INSURANCE

 To All  Our Valued Customers,

 In the past we have honored 3rd party freight agreements that stipulated a do not insure policy so no additional insurance was added to the shipment.

 Unfortunately, with the high value of our products and the current state of shipping via U.P.S. Fedex and USPS this is no longer possible.  

 Effective immediately all shipments invoiced over $250.00 must include the proper insurance to cover its value or if no insurance is required you must submit to us a letter, on letterhead, signed by a principal partner stating the following:

 We hold harmless European Gift & Houseware for missing or damaged packages shipped from their facility using our freight account and that all claims surfacing from such incidents will be delt with directly through the freight carrier.   E G & H will be compensated the entire invoice amount of the claim regardless of claim’s outcome.

 Baring either option, going forward we will not be able to honor your PO’S for our high-end home or commercial products.  In most cases tabletop and non-electrics can still be ordered.
