Warranty Policy

European Gift and Houseware offers a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty on all electric products, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

In the event that repair service is needed, European Gift and Houseware—or one of our authorized repair facilities—will repair the unit upon receipt and return it to the customer with shipping prepaid.

Please note:

All original shipping and packaging materials must be retained and used for any warranty service.
We will not accept returns or repairs that are not properly packed in a corrugated box with sufficient protection.

Warranty Limitations:

Commercial use of products intended for home use will void the warranty.
This policy does not apply to commercial espresso machines or commercial grinders. All sales of commercial units are final.
