Dosage: Gelato 1 bag + 101 fl oz (3 lt) whole milk. Sorbetto 1 bag + 101 fl oz (3 lt) water. Soft Serve 1 bag + 1 gallon water or whole milk for a creamier result
Process: Cold Process
Each bag makes approximately 5 kg of gelato. Based on a serving size of 100–140 g per scoop, you can expect approximately 35–50 servings per bag (around 50 servings with 100 g scoops or 35 servings with 140 g scoops).
