WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Policy
European Gift & Houseware offers a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty on all electric products, unless otherwise specified. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
If repair service is required, European Gift & Houseware, or one of its authorized repair facilities, will repair the unit upon receipt and return it to the customer with return shipping prepaid.
Packaging & Shipping Requirements

Customers must retain all original shipping and packaging materials.

All warranty returns or repairs must be properly packed in a corrugated box with sufficient protection.

European Gift & Houseware reserves the right to refuse any return or repair that is improperly packed or damaged due to inadequate packaging.
Commercial Equipment Warranty & Sales Policy

Commercial espresso machines and commercial grinders include a limited one-year manufacturer’s warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial use.

ALL COMMERCIAL MACHINES AND COMMERCIAL GRINDERS ARE FINAL SALE.

No returns will be accepted for customer remorse.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Warranty service for commercial products is repair only and must be handled through European Gift & Houseware or an authorized service center.

Repair under warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for commercial products.
No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be provided.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations

Commercial use of products intended for residential/home use will void the warranty.
